How can we build bridges between Arkansas and Texas (individuals and organizations)?

I'm new to the forum, so I'm trying to read all the posts and get a feel for the place.

But, I think the obvious answer to this question is: get rid of the individual who seems to have made it his goal in life to destroy every bridge that already exists.

I could not disagree more. Getting rid of "the individual" is not the solution. It's not all his fault. The solution is for the citizens to find a new direction for the city. The leadership will follow. If it doesn't follow, then it's time to get new leadership.
